Sometime during the week, I called R B Transmission regarding the transmission in my vehicle. I wanted to know how much a transmission flush & a filter change would cost. Roy told me that it would be better to bring my vehicle in so that he could determine exactly what needed to be done, then give me an estimate. Today (9/18/14), I visited the shop & he took a look at my vehicle right away. He took it for a test drive & when he came back, I saw him walking back toward the shop w/ one of those Diagnostic Test Equipment machines. Long story short, he was very honest, took the time to explain things to me, & told me that my transmission was fine. The fluid was dirty, but changing it would do more damage. He could have totally taken advantage of me & could have lied to me just to make money, but he chose to be honest instead. I highly recommend going to this shop. I am usually apprehensive about going to all shops b/c I am a female (& I am nervous that I will be taken advantage of), but Roy was very truthful & straightforward.

I was told by my regular repair shop that I needed a new transmission. I called around and found Roy Bilodeau to have the best price. Once he looked at my vehicle he told me I didn't need a whole new transmission, just some minor repairs. Being a women, thinking I was going to spend $1600.00 he could have taken me for a ride... but he didnt!! He doesn't only do transmissions, his shop does everything - I have found a new shop to handle all my vehicle needs.
