In response to the customer who claimed I gave her Maltese a ear infection. It would have been nice if you called me to let me know that your dog had a problem. I never heard from you. Second it takes more than one day for a infection. When you pluck the ear hair and the hair is all the way down the ear canal it opens up what the dog could already have. A ear infection. Second if I went to far wouldn't I have hit the eardrum. When I clean mine if I go to far it hurts.. I would have been nice to have called me first, got my side of the story before falsely giving me a bad report.

TERRIBLE - I brought my Maltese in for a grooming, next day his ear was so infected. He is in so much pain, the vet said either she used dirty tools to plick the hair from his ears or she stuck it in to far. So far the Vet has cost me $200 and my poor dog is in such pain. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I bring my two dogs to Tonya and she does a terrific job grooming them. They just love going to see her. I would recommend her to anyone .Lynne Masi
