My sister just visited this establishment to return some flowers that had died nearly a week after she bought them. One of the sons of the owners berated her in such a way that she cried the entire way home. I have never heard of or seen "customer service" such as this and cannot believe someone would do that to another human being LET ALONE A PAYING CUSTOMER. I will viciously degrade this establishment to ANYONE who asks where they should buy flowers and PURPOSELY send them to the competitors down the road. My family & I will NEVER set foot in this establishment again, and neither will anyone I know if I can help it.

This past week, my daughter called Meier for a weekend appointment. He said they couldn't book one - they needed one person for each counter - even when she explained she lives out of town and I work out of town. He said, "We never have exactly what the bride wants." I thought it just needed a mom. We went in on Saturday. He didn't stop trimming baby's breath. He said any flower is available any time, except for a list he rattled off so quickly I couldn't keep track. I asked about pumpkins & corn stalks. He said they have no control of delivery and have no idea how to ensure we would have any. I asked if I could expect the size bunch of wildflowers that he had in the cooler. He said no - that the bunches there were worth twice what they were charging "because the roses were open." He did not stop working, did not introduce himself - and after I've sold their "Flower of the Month" cards at church fundraisers. Look somewhere else - customer service = nothing.

Prompt and great service!! I called at 5pm and they delivered my roses less than anhour after, no other shop in the area would deliver same day!! Highley recommened.
