SALES MANAGER IS A TOTAL SCAMMER!!!!!



Mike Cizmar, the Sales Manager, is hands down the most unethical and rude dealer I have done business with. Mike lied repeatedly and actually mocked me when I expressed my concerns.



Lie #1) I asked him repeatedly if the car had been in ANY accidents, he replied

"No, it's a certified GM car so it must have a clean history without accidents"



After running a car fax, the car had been in a MAJOR accident just a few months ago.

he responded by telling me that it must have been minor, as GM still certified the vehicle.



Lie #2) I contacted GM, and provided the VIN and the vehicle is NOT certified in any way.



They also informed me that the vehicle would not qualify for certification due to mileage AND the fact that he is not a Chevy/GMC dealer and he cannot certify it even if it were eligible.



Lie#3) He advertised 0% financing through ALLY, and claims I was denied for 0%. I contacted Ally to discuss this and they never received an application from me.



On top of all of this, when confronted him about it, he grew impatient and started mocking me and refused to give me his managers name or contact information.
