Not a lot of combination foods to choose from. Floors aren't kept clean. The waitress was very rude. Food tastes good. Though I found a floating spec in my water.

One month apart, I walked in and asked for "To Go," and both times tipped two bucks up front and ordered the (almost, except for the potatoes) same meal: Senior's Pot Roast Dinner. (Cost: Around $8, so not a bad tip.)



First time was early September of '08; second time was today, 10-6-08.

First time was terrific: lots of mashed potatoes, generous helping of pot roast, and a good amount of the vegetable de jour, with tasty gravy, AND garlic bread.



Second time (today) was TERRIBLE! Cold corn, overcooked red potatoes, and three mouthfuls of meat scraps that resembled shavings from a shoe's sole: tough, stringy, almost inedible, but I HAD TO EAT to get through the rest of my shift! To even find the meat, I had to scrape off the corn and pots. just to see it, and it wasn't a pretty sight either.



I rate it MINUS two stars.

Next time, I'll do a Quality Control check BEFORE I leave, so maybe, this time, my bad. But I expect good quality from a national brand like IHOP, and was quite surprised at their utter failure.



No more Mr. Nice Guy.



Oh, but the dude at the "Welcome Station" was okay.
