STAY AWAY! These people are terrible, absolutely beyond imagination. Milana answers the phone and is very polite and wonderful but this is the *last time* you will ever speak with her. The movers themselves are fine, but no one at the company answers the phone, email, or respond to anything. There was no internal communication either - I had requested that my things be put in storage before they were shipped cross-country, and there were consistent miscommunications about this.



The movers arrived 6 h ours late, and the parking permit had expired. I could get a hold of no one on the phone, and I have never heard pack. I had a horrific experience with them. Avoid at all costs.

absolutely unprofessional and lousy service!!

Have moved couple of times in the US and Best Movers Inc based out of Brighton, MA is definitely the worst of all.



If a person called Ezee calls you....rest assured...you had it. This guy promises you stars to get the deal and once they have it, you are at their mercy.



1. Pickup Day:



They were late by just 7 hrs. Absolutely unprofessional !



2. Delivery



I moved from Boston to Texas and Ezee promised delivery of my household on the 7th calendar day and guess what? they delivered on the 16th business day. Ended up paying 100's of dollars at hotels.



3. Charged for service not provided



That was not it. They charged me over $70 to cover up my mattress so that it gets transported safely and when i got the delivery it just came as is without any protection.



Even after numerous follow-up's they haven't refunded that amount.



4.Damages



Lost the screws of my furniture while transportation. No refunds.



5. Driver



They load your stuff up on some truck and leave you at the mercy of the driver. If you ask them for update, they will behave as if it's not their responsibilities and will ask you to talk to the driver directly.





My car which got picked up by another mover a week later was delivered 2 days before my household.



Would NOT recommmend Best Movers Inc, Brighton, MA to anyone.



Stay away from them.

I had the worst experience with this company. First of all, they came in a budged truck. Called in the morning and said they couldn't come at 9am but 11am, showed up 11:15am. I had a queen sized bed, dressor &mirror, nightstand, armoire, 10-15 boxes, 4kitchen chairs and table. They were slow, didn't have power tools, had trouble angling and lifting items, didn't seem professional at all. I asked them to leave the bed behind b/c it took too long to separate mirror and dressor and the bed needed power tools to be undone faster. One of the movers who spoke english gave me attitude, rude, yelled at me and all this in front of my mother. Refused to carry an item to my floor manually b/c he said it wouldn't fit in the elevator after this company said 1-2 items by stairs would be ok if it had to be. I measured it and it would, they didn't even have measuring tape or try. This one also yelled at one of my new neighbors for trying to help which was very embarassing to have this kind of person help u move in. It might reflect on me. Anyways, 2hr job took 3hrs and 30 minutes or so was arguing about the entertainment center that did fit on the elevator. The main mover kept saying i didn't want to pay to have it broken down and i didn't want to pay more money, not only that i didn't want to pay for poor service, I kept telling him I had an appt later that afternoon and it was a time constraint not a money issue. Everything fit in the elevator, the one guy had the bad attitude and was rude, the other guy didn't speak english but he was nice and was bossed around a lot. He's the reason i left a small tip b/c they originally lost it when they entered my first home. Complained to the company who backed them up and said they are willing to try their best and would speak to the mover about his attitude. And I did pay full price today. Don't know if they will compensate for anything else. Do not use this company!!!
