I have called to make appointments for my mother, the woman at the front desk that takes the calls was rude, put me on a lengthy hold and did not seem to care. When I took her into the office for her appointment the wait time was extremely long with no apology. When we finally saw Dr Taylor, he was in and out within 5 minutes as if it was a drive through service of some sort. I helped my mom switch to a new medical clinic so she will not have to deal with the unprofessionalism, and rude front desk as well.

We love medical arts clinic. They are very professional and very quick to getv you in with minimal wait.. I recommend this Dr. Office over any other.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Matthews and the staff at this clinic for 11 years. We have always felt that our concerns have been heard, our needs met, and that we have been taken care of. :)

This clinic has poor customer service as they do not answer there phones. They transfer you to billing and then disconnect the phone call. I have had nothing but problems over and over again. I try to pay cash to go Brigham clinic, they are so much better!

this building has great doctors and always very friendly service.
