I am baffled at the ineffective serviced & unprofessionalism we received. I called two weeks after to cancel my membership and guess what? I receive a bill! I call to find out why and they claim I didn't cancel it. The staff there is incompetent. The representative was basically arguing with me and mocking. She transferred me to her boss (a gentleman) who literally screamed at me and hung up. I got 6 mice on my very own with my own traps that I purchased at Home Depot. Why in the world would I pay for Viking services when 1 - they didn't work 2 - the mice didn't go anywhere near their baits 3 - they clearly don't do their job - especially since I called to cancel and clearly no one did what I requested. My suggestion to you is, go with a company that values their customers and aims to have the best customer service and not an owner who screams at clients. Also, just do the job yourself and save yourself the money and headache. Viking Pest Control are crooks.

WORST COMPANY EVER..

I called them up because I saw the add on clipper magazine and thought must be a good company because of clipper credibility. They came and made a treatment for the house and I paid their money as we agreed to. One month after the service i received a bill from them showing the service hasn't been paid goes along extra charges like billing extra statement charge and service charge. I Called them up told them I ALREADY gave check to the service guy at the day that i received the service. and i e-mailed them the copy of the check that i gave to them (i always take copy of everything ) .. Two weeks after that call the service guy showed up at the door and apologized for he lost the check and ask for a new one..I told him i give you new one but i have to ask to bank to put a stop payment for the one you lost.. and that will cost me 35.00 $ .. he said it is ok because this is their fault and we will be even.. and i gave him new check after the stop payment cost deduction.. guess what ?? i just received another statement for them yesterday because my balance is still open and showing second time additional statement and service charge fee.. all together extra 24.71 + 35.00 that i deducted for stop payment cost. i will call them tomorrow again ask for fix my statement and stop charging me this fees since i owe them nothing. the way of their doing business is lousy, and amateur.. if they don't fix my statement i will call attorney of general and make complaint about this company.. Please stay away form this company.

They did good. I went with the regular plan. Used an other place before. Viking costs less and are just easier to work with. If I need them they come out. The other place made excuses.



The Viking people are nice. Been with them for like 3-4 years. I'm just not going to try and get rid of bugs on my own. I like having it done easy for me. Wish my landscaper was as easy to work with!

Viking was overall great. I was concerned at first because there price was the lowest, but I felt they knew what they were doing and I'm on a budget. I had bed bugs detected by one of their dogs and then got the treatment. We're not getting bit anymore and the guys were on time and clean.



I was reffered to use them by my neighbor who used them for termites. I wasn't let down. I'm happy. I never used a bug company before. If I need someone again, I will call Viking.

We had a great experience using Viking. Unfortunately we were dealing with a bed bug problem. At first we didn't know what we had but were getting bit. I heard that Viking had a bed bug dog and we tried him out. The dog found bugs in two rooms, so we treated the house with heat. Ever since (3 months ago) we haven't had any bites and everything has been good.

The staff was on time, knowledgeable and honestly we got quoted by another company for much more, so we were very happy. I would recommend them if you need their services.

Most pest control companies give you the same options, Viking is no exception there. They don't have any particular deals on services but what I was most struck with and why I chose to go with them over Ehrlich or Terminex was how quick they are to respond both by phone and sending an actual tech. I called up primarily because of a carpenter ant issue and not only did they complete the service the SAME DAY as the ESTIMATE (which was free by the way), a month later they popped up again and I called in trying to get service. I was HOPING to get something within a week and they sent someone out that day. Haven't seen carpenter ants since. They even came out another time to look at a fly issue. They didn't service but the inspector told me what I had to do to get rid of them. It worked and they didn't charge me for anything. The customer service staff is there after usual work hours and they are always really friendly. I'd recommend Viking if you want to know someone is going to answer your call and care about your issue.

did not get rid of the bed bugs and will only come out three times... if you you still have a problem they tell you you have a skin condition and that you should see a doctor, even if you show them blood stains on your sheets and a bed bug in a plastic bag... don't wast your time, money or sanity!!!

Viking was great! We had stin...

Viking was great! We had stink bugs and ants, and we heard about Viking from our friends who use them, so we had them out and they were really nice. The technician wore booties around the house without me asking which I thought was nice, and he was really smart.

Our bugs are gone and we're happy, I'd recommend them.
