12+ years with this Midas location. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our 5 vehicles, 3 of which are driven by teens. Always fair always honest. Tell you like it is, and allow you to decide what you want to do. (unless there is a safety concern and they will help you prioritize)

Changed exhaust with them couple years ago. All rusted through after the first year.



They don't give any warranty the guy said...

They were efficient and up-front with an estimate to fix my exhaust system. The dealer quoted me a price of over $1,500. They were able to fix the bad section for about $250 in an hour (hopefully, it will last). Usually take my car to the dealer, but would use them again based on this experience.

The dealer informed me a few days ago that my midpipe and muffler would have to be replaced, potentially costing me over $1,400 including labor. Tony from Midas fixed the issue for less than $250 all in and they were done in less than an hour. Can't beat that service.

Kudos to Tony&Rocky for their attentive service.I was very pleased by the way Tony handled my requests:he listened,he helped me with my financial concerns,he even remembered my partner's name.He projected a friendliness&willingness to be of service without being fake or dismissive that I wish was common practice elsewhere.Rocky was also great at communicating.It was a relief to get a decent,detailed explanation of what needed to be done&of what was done,which was also sensitive to my(limited)knowledge of cars.IOW,it was great to have the man who did most of or all of the work on my car actually talk to me so I understood the repairs without feeling talked down to.Result:I felt confident I was getting repairs done right.(I've driven the car for a month,so I know it *was*.)Rocky&Tony also went the extra mile at least twice:they fixed a problem with my ignition key, &found &fixed a power drain.I appreciate the extra effort those problems took,but they didn't bill me >the estim8 for them.
