I really rate this company a ZERO! Please read the entire review although long.
Do not use this company.
I was a loyal customer for 5 years and spent over $25,000. They took my loyalty for granted. Hired Blue Mountain for addition to patio and fence. Waiting an additional 6 weeks due to their order errors that didn't include the caps and end post for the fence.
They installed the fence and one of the panels became unattached. They re-attached the panel and the next day the next panel came loose.
The fence was never leveled. I have different heights for each panel.
Their customer service is the worse I've ever encountered. At one point they said the loose panel can't be fixed, nothing else can be done. I asked them to do their job, follow through on their promises and back their work. They insulted me and was very nasty with their response.
They installed the patio with an incorrect design. I requested a circle or a fan design for the addition to the patio. They charged extra for their mistake as they did not measure correctly.
I reported to one of the owners and the office manager that I saw one of their crew members urinating on my property.
Timeline:
* 05/06/20 - Contract signed, 50% down payment
* 06/20/20 - Work started two weeks after promised date.
* 06/23/20 - Made final payment (big mistake) in good faith that they
would install the caps and end post and correct mistakes.
* 06/24/20 - Panel became loose. Reported. Reminded them that there was still incorrect end
post, panels not leveled and no caps.
* 06/26/20 - Promised to fix issues.
* 07/01/20 - No responses. No show for loose panel fix. After numerous
complaints and calls, owner and office manager came to look at issue. They do not want to fix the
incorrect paver design.
* No correspondence for 3 weeks
* 08/04/20 - End posts and caps were to be delivered and installed.
Company fixed the loose panel and added the caps which came loose.
End post still not delivered yet. Next panel came loose. Advised the
company.
* 08/05/20 - I called for updates. Response 8/14/20 new date for delivery.
* 08/12/20 - Update Probably 8/14/20 for end post fix.
* 08/14/20 No updates
I am totally frustrated with this company and will never recommend nor do business with them ever again. They are incapable of repairing their mistakes and wanting to settle matters fairly.
