Abysmal Service Department

Maybe they've replaced the service manager since then, but ... I took my Integra in for a major service last year. On the drive home smoke started pouring out from under the hood. I had the car towed to a local service station that told me my radiator had no water in it.

I tried to call the Acura service manager to complain, left voice mails and sent email, but no one responded.

Later that year I took the car to Clinton Acura (approx 10 miles away) and told them the story. The service tech said they had had LOTS of stories like mine from customers who had gone to Bill Vince for service.

Avoid this service station unless they can assure you that the service department has been completely revamped, with a new manager and someone to respond to answer the phone or at least answer the voice mails!
