We called for service for our camper heater and they came that same afternoon. The men thought the relay was bad but because of age they could not test it so they took it to their shop. Two days later they returned and said relay was ok but they discovered that some insulation had been pulled into motor by mice. They removed a small amount of it and heater now working fine. They charged less than $100 to fix which included testing and repairing. They were very prompt and friendly. I will recommend them to everyone here in campground. Very very pleased with Cox RV repairs.
