8-1-16 my son brought the ol' 2003 Trailblazer in for a moon roof leak. We bought the Trailblazer at Jack Phelan 13 years ago with an after market roof.

So today while looking at the cause of the leak, they took a chance on my son's plight and politeness and replaced the drain tubes and complete over due maintenance with a promise to pay later with a $20 deposit. Putting everything back together after completing the estimate was a waste of time and effort.

Upon completing the work, my son called me at work and told me what Top Coverage did. I asked him to go back inside and spoke to Mike. I thanked him for his trust in my son and for doing the right thing. And I paid the balance via credit card over the phone.

This is what America is about. Mutual trust and respect for the good of all. I hope the ol' Trailblazer doesn't have to visit Top Coverage South again. But if we need something that Top Coverage offers, it will be my first stop for the other four cars I own.
