Mr. Rosene was extremely helpful when we were having trouble getting help from a credit card company and getting a settlement worked out.

There’s no nice way to say it: I got screwed by a former employer. The first lawyer I had to negotiate my separation was basically useless. I didn’t get any more money but lots of threats and headache. Then I got the paperwork from the state, denying my unemployment and full of upsetting lies from my previous employer. I took a chance on another lawyer, this time Mr. Rosene, to file an appeal and I’m so glad I did. He identified the most relevant points to win our case, and he guided me through the appeal process with patience and humor. I had my day, to stand and swear to tell the truth and my story, and I won. It wouldn’t have happened without him!

Two lessons learned: the minute you figure out you can’t trust a boss, get out (I should have done that over a year ago!) and if you need a lawyer, hire Charlie Rosene.

Attorney Rosene was very knowledgeable and he is quick on his feet. I was denied unemployment and Mr. Rosene represented me in my appeals hearing. I would recommend Mr. Rosene to anyone going through unemployment issues.

Charlie handled a family loan matter on behalf. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile for his clients. Since then, I have been able to call and email him with questions in which he always responds in a timely manner. I was denied unemployment and knew I needed to appeal the decision. I did a basic google search and contacted Mr. Rosene. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and he made everything easy for me to understand. I would recommend him to anyone needing legal help and advice.

He went to court for me so I didn't have to drive to Jefferson city twice. He had my case dismissed for me so I did not have to pay Court cost or have a record of it on my files.
