Amazing. I had this crack so long. i just wanted to say thank you for making this so fast and painless.

DO NOT DUE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CHOP SHOP!!!
I had a front windshield replaced with Auto Glass Now. It leaked water after a rainstorm. I took it back and explained that they needed to repair the leaky windshield, replace, or reset it. They did nothing but send me on my way and let them know if anything else happened. Well later after a major rainstorm I had inches of standing water in the floorboards of my nice vehicle. I took it back to them because not only did I need a windshield repair, but now my entire vehicle's electrical system is damaged. They took possession of the vehicle to "investigate". They offered no rental car. Thus ensued the lies, putrid service, being told that they would stand behind their work, and would fix my vehicle. After 4 weeks I was told that I could "you tube" my vehicle, that they sometimes leak. Now they were NOT GOING TO FIX my vehicle.
I got everything on my vehicle fixed at reputable shops and the dealer. I took Auto Glass Now to small claims court and WON a full judgment against Auto Glass Now. Its been over 45 days now and they still haven't paid me what the judge has ordered. I have sent them invoices and letters. I even called them and was given the same typically lies.
I cant stress enough to anyone how much time, stress, and money this company has caused my family. I have never been treated so unfairly with disrespect. You would think after everything they dragged me through, that in the end, I might hear from upper management maybe with an apology or at least pay the judgment, but NO. They don't operate under any respectable means. I grew up in a family business. I currently work in customer service. This company and this location and management especially, have no respect for their customers whatsoever. There are plenty of places in the area to get a new windshield or have a chip fixed. DO NOT let these people touch your car!!!! I not surprised to see most every post within the last year are negative posts.
Oh and please don't reply to my post that you are sorry or to write you back. Upper management was well aware of my situation and could have stepped in at any point to make this right, and they never did. They used an area manager, Tina, who did nothing but deflect my concerning phone calls and would never tell me the truth.
In the end my vehicle was severely damaged by AGN. They would not fix it, after they told me they would.......TWICE. So I got it fixed. Took them to court and won. Now they wont even pay the judgment. I have started a complaint with the BBB, and will be contacting the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County, and the Attorney Generals office.
My nightmare continues.....Don't do the same. You might have to pay $10 more for a windshield, but it would be the best money you could spend.

Just had auto glass now install a windshield in my car. Great price and job. Didn't take very long either. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

I set up an appointment for 1pm after being told that they couldn't come to me unless they charged me 200 dollars just for coming to me despite the fact that their website said it would be free! I got to auto glass now 15 minutes early. they had me sit for 3 hours and did not take my car in till I threatened to take my business else where. the staff seemed very bothered by the fact that I was there to get a new windshield. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone
