This service was fantastic! They set an appointment, kept us informed of the serviceman's arrival by phone calls and text messages. They kept their scheduled appointments and sent knowledgeable service technicians who initially ordered parts for our refrigerator and dishwasher, both under service contracts. After the parts arrived, the service tech showed up as scheduled and handled the repairs in a professional manner. Different service techs handled the initial diagnosis and the later repair. Both were very helpful and informative in explaining the nature of the problems and how the repairs were to be accomplished. They were neat and left no mess. Both gentlemen were personable and professional and they are welcome to return to our home.
