Not only did Arnolds deliver an exceptional product at a decent price but they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. During installation of the Cubicles we made some changes to the configuration that resulted in being short on corner hardware. We looked to source the hardware locally and when I saw the cost I thought I would see what Arnolds could do to help. They supplied us what we needed in a timely fashion and at no additional cost. They will be my go to office furniture provider going forward.

The young men you sent to our West Chester office yesterday were nice and courteous. They did a great job installing the cabinets, plus the new cabinets are much better fit for our needs. Thank you again and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

the delivery team was wonderful and accommodating. We sprung on you the possibility of a last-minute second delivery to another location and we very much appreciated the willingness to accommodate that request, if necessary. The delivery men were careful with the installation and very patient with us. First, we practically hovered over them as they installed the furniture because we were so eager to see if it would look good in the space. Then we couldn’t decide which of the two tables we had purchased worked best as a conference table in the executive office. We were literally calling in all of our colleagues to look at both tables and vote on which worked best in the space. All the while the clock was ticking away and even though the delivery men had a long drive back to Pennsylvania they were nothing but patient and professional. In the end, we opted to use the rectangular table instead of the round one because it matched the desk so well.

Thank you for all of your assistance regarding our recent purchase. We are very happy with the furniture for our executive office. I may have mentioned that this is the third desk we are trying in the space so the stakes were high to get it right!

Ive was searching around for some desks and about a dozen cubicles and nobody could even touch arnolds. The Owner Jay and his son Jordan were extremely knowledgable and did a layout of my floorplan i would have never thought of! If you want office furniture Arnold's is hands down the best place to go in the tri-state area(atleast that i could find). You should see this place! They have the biggest building you have ever seen with more quality office furniture than you have ever seen in your life, like literally i walked up to the second floor and they had a Sea of chairs. Had to be atleast 5,000, same goes for desks files conference tables whiteboards you name it. Only problem is its so BIG! It takes 5 minutes just to walk from the conference table area down to where the filing cabinets are because of how large the selection is! But they said they are about a month away from having their new showroom built which is also rediculously huge it looked like. Im sure once that is finished it will be perfect. I highly recomend them. Ask for Jordan, he was my favorite:-) Good luck everyone
