Fantastic company if you are looking for a company to sub out over 90% of the work. If you get in a jam for snow removal, good luck having one of their 3 trucks get to you quickly...it all depends on their subcontractor. They hide the fact that they don't own any real equipment...you can tell because all their pics on their website are stock photos. Caitlyn was our account person on the inside...she's gone...then Sara...she's gone...get the picture? ...I'm fairly confident they have 4 people in their actual office. And they claim to be a national provider!! Finally, their CEO looks like he's 14 years old...your better off hiring someone with experience who can actually deliver on services, who actually does the work!
