The bumper of my car was damaged by accident. I brought the car to the Reborn for fixing. The car insurance would pay for the damages. He brought the a bumper under market and paint it instead of buying the original bumper for my car. Couple of months later , the paints popped out. I complained about the paints which are not good and asked him for repainting it but after he took all parts out he wants to pay him 100 dollars for buying the materials. He should tell me the charges before taking out all the parts. I asked what materials he brought but he could not tell. He did bad job and should be his responsibilities to repair without any charges. This is bad body shop. Will never bring the car to him again.
