The company operated stores under the names of Waremart Food Centers and Cub Foods until 1999 when it changed its store and corporate name to WinCo Foods. It is an employee-owned company that operates a chain of more than 50 stores in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California and Nevada. The company has a staff of more than 9,000 full-time employees. It offers a selection of grocery, meat, produce, bakery, and bulk food and deli products. In addition, WinCo Foods has a team of more than 200 drivers that not only transport goods from warehouse to stores, but also provide delivery services to customers.

Provided by YP.comI used to shop Raley's because of it's proximity to our home, but the last time I walked out of there with one little bag of groceries and it was $26.00 I just about blew up. NO MORE! From now on winco is the only place we shop for our staples. We are always pleasantly amazed at our bill when we leave with a shopping cart full of stuff. The store is always clean and open 24/7 and the pizza and other made dinners are great too. The only thing We don't buy there is meat. Not because there is anything wrong with it, but we just like Costco for their awsome Meat Department.
