HORRIBLE!!! I decided to give this shop a try while my regular nail tech was on vacation. Huge mistake!!!! I'm always willing to pay top dollar for my nails because I want them done right!! I tried this nail salon more than once and the services I received were not great, but ok. However, this time nails were sloppily done (uneven and paint chipped the next day). When I went back for the nail tech (Tony) to fix it, he did a rush job, even when I told him I would not mind waiting. I left with my nails in worse condition then before. I will NEVER go back! The shop is really nice (decor) though

Excellent service and more shellac/gel color choices here then anywhere I've been! Christy and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They offer coffee, tea, water, and snacks while they service you. Oh and how could I forgot the great massage you get with every mani/pedi!

I just went to the shop tonight. Very nice staff, I was offered water and cookies. I was asked multiple times if I was ok and comfortable. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure for a great price and my nails look great. I will definitely go back.

Congratulations to the wonderful Kristy on opening her own nail salon & spa....it's about time! My mother and I have been a client of Kristy's for several years. Her technique and designs are second to none. We have been following her around from salon to salon in Brentwood and we are happy and excited that she finally has her own place. It's very clean, sterilized and nail license is clearly visible. The colors and equipment is all new. Crystal's nails & spa will give you the best customer service you have ever experience. Mainly because the owner is very professional, warm and welcoming. I will follow Kristy wherever she goes but this is her last stop.

Crystal Nail and Spa is owned by Kristy who has done my nails for about 6 months, I adore her and her work, She's ventured out and works for herself with her new shop, which I will add is clean and beautiful and decorated so nicely., I haven't been in a shop this nice ever actually. She does such a great job on my nails every single time I see her and can tell you if you give her a try you will never go to anyone else again,. They have water, candies and nice comfy chairs and are so very kind and thankful for your business. Give her a try you won't regret it.
