I had a really good experience with Oak Harbor Freight (Bremerton). Both times I called, they were very friendly and helpful in tracking my freight. They even delivered it 6 days earlier than quoted, and at the time they promised. I was VERY nervous about this company after reading other reviews, but my service was outstanding. I will use again.

I would not do Business with this company. Waited on a delivery all day, when I called dispatch I was told that the driver attempted delivery at 515 PM, this was at 610 PM. He apologized and told me that he couldn't do anything, the driver already gotten back to Bremerton and gone home. I live over an hour away, and I was home. A total fabrication by dispatch to cover a lazy driver. Well I don't have time to wait, so I will be terminating this order, keep doing what you do, you should be out of business soon and your competition can actually deliver packages.
