McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Everytime I have gone to this location they have messed up my order or have forgotten something. The staff is rude. My fries are always cold. I will more than likely not return to this location.

Recently ordered a Mocha on July 30. Did not taste the mocha until I got to my desk and it tasted horrible!! So I figured I would be able to get my money back the next morning on my way to work, but I was wrong. Mcdonalds would not refund my money even though I had a reciept. The manager stated that because it was company policy to not allow refunds if the product is not returned on the same day. I had the recipe and the cup (threw out mocha so was empty), but they would not refund my money. When I asked them to show me where the policy is that states this, they said it was not written down, it was just a "common sense" policy. Also, I had gotten a Mocha just the Saturday before, and it tasted fine...so I know they can make decent mochas, but I think their customer service and refund policy stinks!!
