Dr Dance is a 10 in my book! He hires the best staff, too, and keeps them forever. He is very personable and seems to be able to relate to anybody. To put up with my father, he has to be a saint. Dr. Dance seems to be able to do almost anything and is constantly exploring more. If there is a reliable, new and improved method to perform a function, he does it.

Dr. Dance is a great dentist, does a good job and even is nice to his patients once he is in the room. However, he has no problem hanging out in the hall talking about movies, the weather or whatever while you wait. I waited over an hour and half past my appointment time before I saw him and I could hear him talking to staff about his vacation and recent movies for an extended periond of time. I would give him a 5 star rating if I wasn't left waiting.
