Staff is very friendly and quick to help. The transfer fees are also reasonable compared to other offerings in the puget sounds area.

I went in looking for an inexpensive shotgun to keep by the bed, like a coach gun. I walked up and down their racks for about ten minutes, and no one offered to help (they were busy with other customers, but I wasn't even acknowledged). I later walked-up to the counter and told them what I was looking for. The guy there tried to sell me an ornate over/under trap gun for $600. He even "car salesman-ed" me with the "...if you don't buy it today, it'll be gone tomorrow." Many brick and mortar businesses are struggling. Some, you can easily tell why.

Absolutley perfect! I've bought 5 firearms there, and everytime, absolutley wonderful! Employees were very imformative and definatley knew the stuff. Would recoment this place in a heartbeat!

i have bought two of my fire arms from them, my HK USP 40, and my Bushmaster ACR. Both times they knew their stuff very well, friendly staff, and LOTS of inventory! I would recomend them to friends and family any day of the week. Thanks Boerners!

I have mixed reviews. They are one of the few remaining local firearm storefronts in Kitsap that still sells and buys used firearms. So, unless you want to pay retail on new in Silverdale, they are the only game in town. That being said, their customer service could use an upgrade. Just because I am not one of the good ole' boy regulars, my money spends just as green as anyone else's. I have both bought and sold to Boerner's . . . word to the wise, if you are going to sell them a firearm, be prepared - you are not going to get full value - they have to make a profit, but also be prepared to negotiate and push for a better price than their first offer. You need to watch a few episodes of Pawn Stars on cable - that will prepare you for the type of negotiation you must be prepared for. At the end of the day, I disagree that they are rude, maybe a little indifferent at first but an easy going attitude on your part and willingness to ask for their input on your potential purchase will

Sales personnel are extremely indifferent and often quite rude; they are frequently out of stock on many items and over priced on what they do have.
