Bottom Line: They turned a traumatic event into a horrible experience. From the beginning nothing was simple, comforting, or reassuring. We trusted them to be professional and competent which they were not. It turned out to be an unorganized, confusing and stressful. We got different information depending on who answered the phone, incomplete answers with plenty of excuses when we'd ask questions. We asked if our relative had been cremated yet and they didn't know where he was! They didn't call us to keep us informed when they said they would we kept having to call them. They told us they sent us the death certificate but when we called it was still on the desk. They were way too casual and acted like our loved one was as important as picking up our dry cleaning. Spend the extra money for the peace of mind you deserve.
