We visited here & I ordered sausage gravy/ biscuits. Bill came more than menu price. Rude manager [?] said you got a bowl not a cup. I said show me that item on menu & of course he couldn't. Had a coupon for free kid's breakfast w/ adult meal to see Santa. Waitress placed my grandson's items individually & not a whole kid's breakfast & took off only least expensive items. Their food is really good; too bad their business practices are so crooked.

What I shall dwell on is how friendly Bob Evans is to kids -- their own menu, good variety on that menu, and even kids' drink menu. And this is not the usual crappy menu selection of a hot dog, a grilled cheese sandwich, or a burger. The menu is directly at kids and my grandchildren love it! Meals are served hot and reasonably promptly. Their coffee is best I've had anywhere, including Starbucks. Here waitresses are friendly & helpful. Only downside is the place has all sorts of stuff for sale and they would like you to browse & buy. If I had my druthers I'd throw that stiff out & put in more tables. Personally I love breakfast at any meal & they serve wonderful breakfast items all the time. Conparing it with some low grade restaurants they are maybe 10-20% higher but they don't serve a plateful of grease.
