Provided by YP.comI'm hoping my review will save someone else precious time. Scheduled a service call 6 days out, and they never showed. When we called to politely inquire, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, even though we made ourselves available all day (aren't plumbing companies supposed to be available 24/7)? Breckenridge Mechanical obviously didn't care about keeping my business, and I will never call them again. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
Dear CounselorDavis, there are times when every service provider has a miscommunication/mis-schedule. While we make every attempt to follow our schedule and our commitments to ensure this doesn’t happen we do on occassion make a mistake, and we certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your family. I am not trying to make excuses, but unfortunately we do make mistakes and err to trying to respond to emergencies and sometimes miss the opportunity to properly service and respond to all of our Customers.
