I`d recommend my trainer to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer. After discussing your exercise requirements he sets personal goals for you and is constantly encouraging you to reach these goals in a fun positive way.

I`ve been a member of this gym since it opened and would never switch to another one! All the staff is very helpful and friendly, there is never a problem getting on equipment.

I`ve been training with the various MFit trainers for about 3 years now and I have nothing but rave reviews for all of them! With many different trainers to choose from it`s easy to find the 1 or 2 trainers that will motivate and keep you on track. With a nice clean facility and friendly staff this fitness is the perfect venue to help you reach and exceed all of your goals.

I started working with this fitness gym during an injury recovery 3+ years ago and have not stopped since. Aside from the obvious motivational factor of knowing someone is waiting for you in the morning, I get out of bed (EARLY!) because I just love going in to this gym. I`ve worked with 6 or 7 different trainers and every one of them are positive and encouraging. They have awesome social outings as well (Kayaking, Hiking etc.) I recommend to anyone I meet is looking for improved health and fitness in their life.

I have been a client for several years. During that time, I have experienced amazing results with my body. I am healthier, happier and stronger. In addition, I have increased endurance and greater confidence. After training hard and consistently with this trainers, I am now at my optimal body weight.
