I love the food here, but they don't accept any coupons that the corporation puts out. Very disappointed that they don't participate, so I just went to the Fullerton location.

Just ate at this location. Ribs where burned to a crisp and some not eatable. Waitress asked if all was okay, we showed her the bad food, she took it back, and Manager came out and said you shouldn't have eaten the eatable ones?????????? Next time, tell us before you eat any of them! WELL, there will not be a next time for us. Your customer service is not professional! DON'T EAT HERE!
