had a 05 suzuki burned up side road then i get a recall notice 2 years possible fire if they dont fix warranty can u say to little to late later try get hold suzuki for month on phone no answer always on hold cant leave message what a joke thank a judge in ok for dismissing class action law suit against suzuki

This company has, and always will put great value in our customer service. We continue to offer quality merchandise at very competitive prices, and attempted to provide the best choices for a safe and speedy delivery. I have personally witnessed many random emergencies...all with amazing whirlwind decisions that proved successful. Tsunami and severe weather in our parent country, Japan. Mandatory "Customs Department" inspections that sometimes delayed delivery of our shipments to us, our own severe weather and power outages. What I would like you to understand is, we love our customers. Past, present, and future. This biker-chic, "GirlySue" says two-thumbs up, Suzuki. The end.

Very dissatisfied with failure to delivery Suzuki accessories on time.

I purchased a new M109R on 8-7-06 and had my dealer, 74 Motorsporst out of Lake Elsinore, CA. Place a parts order for $900.00 of accessories the same day. The dealer says 3-5 day for delivery. It's now been 11 adys and the dealer says they cannot get any information from the manufacturer. I am begining to regret buying Suzuki sinc they cannot support their products.Michael Doose8-18-06.
