They are always super nice and helpful. We have rented/purchased many items through them. Everything we have ever gotten was good quality. Great service and staff.

THEY WILL GO THROUGH YOUR MAIL!!! My mother never rented or purchased anything from this store and was harassed for 3 days by employees coming to her house asking for someone who doesn't live there. My mother told them the first day that they were at the wrong house and that she had never heard of the person they were looking for. She did the same the second day. Then the third day and after she spoke with them she heard them open and go through the mailbox on the front porch. I called American Rental to inform the management about what had happened. The lady I spoke with argued with me telling me that they never came to my mother's house and when I reiterated that they had, she began to scream at me and hung up on me. It's a federal offense to go through someone else's mailbox. I would hope that if someone called in informing you that your employees were harassing someone and going through their mail that you would want to know that.
