I always look at the reviews before I go to any place and eat now I'm not going to be going to this place and eat after all your Customers are the ones that keeps your Business going and to tell your Customers that they need to pay attention to what they are Ordering and the price is just not the right way to handle it. Every Once in a while you may have a customer who just miss understood the price of course you can't always give everyone who walks in the door a discount. But when you know that it was just a simple miss-understanding. you can at least meet them half way. Give them a 25% discount or a free desert anything that will get them to come back and spend their money in your Establishment.

I have eaten at Jeffey's several times and for the most part it has been a good experience with good food, espically the hot wings. My last visit changed my opinion completely. My wife called in and asked for there wing special. She was told that on Tuesday they had the 35 cent wing special. We called in a 48 wing order and another dish for pick up. I picked up the order and made it back home only to realize that I was charged regular price for the wings and not the 35 cent special. I called back and spoke to the waitress that took the oder only to find out that she did not even remember talking to my wife let alone taking the order that was over charged by $ 19. After speaking with two employees and getting nowhere I asked to speak with the manager who happened to be Jeffey himself. He answered the phone in a loud rude voice and promptly told me that he was sorry that (I) misuderstood his waitress but there is nothing that he will do about it. I asked if there was anyway we could work this out and he answered " NOPE I AINT DOING NOTHING, YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION" Needless to say my family and friends will not be back but if you do, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TICKET BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!!!!!
