Absolutely the worst transportation company I have ever worked with. I will never be using them again. Never on time, and their vehicles are in horrible condition. Every service light is on, and service warning messages flash continuously.

I would NOT recommend this transportation company. Once they forgot to pickup my daughter for almost an hour to bring her home and just the other day she was picked up at 4:30 in Branford to come home in Clinton - they must not have enough drivers because she was driven to New Haven to drop off someone else then had to pickup someone and drop off... she did not get home until 6:10pm (1 hr and 40 minutes for a 20 minute drive)! I was not notified that my daughter was going to be driving around the streets of new haven! I contacted the owner and he told me that he gives me permission to yell at the driver when he gets to the house! Seriously?? NOT ENOUGH DRIVERS AND COMMUNICATION IS AWFUL.
