We've been to this place 4 times on the last year and every time was amazing! The hosts play with the kids and the grown-up can play too! If you choose the middle priced package, you get 90 mins of super fun time, 30 in the party room, pizza and drinks. So worth it!

foodWe had my oldest son birthday party here and it was fun. The kids gave them a run for their money. the cost was high but that is what my husband wanted. we paid 565 for 3 hours, pizza, drinks, glow in the dark party{real fun}, and stuff for the birthday child. i was happy with the party but the pizza things made me mad. they rip you off with that and you can not bring outside food

It's a ripoff!!! They charge you $250 for a party that does not include any food. You have to order the food separately for an additional charge. They ordered outside food and come to find out that the pizzas are ordered from Little Ceasers($5) and Pump It Up charges you $12 per pizza when they are $5 dollar pizzas. The party was absolutely boring. There was no interaction between the hostess and the kids. The bounce arenas reaked with a bad smell of feet odor. It's practically impossible to find the location due to no lighting; all of the guests got lost on the way to the party. My total came to $340 and I cannot tell you where all the additional charges came from. I will never ever reserve another party and will never suggest any one else to reserve a party....Very disappointed!!!!!
