Had some issues initially when moving in, but everything was resolved and taken care of right away. Blue Rock Partners really is doing the best they can to make this place a better place to live, as in the past, before Blue Rock took over, this place had a mediocre reputation.

There are signs posted around the facility expressing their dedication to taking care of their tenants, and they really have proved that to me in the past few days. Jeanette assured me that everything would be taken care of, and it has been. Genesis is extremely friendly in the front office and has been a big help in getting settled in, as well.

The complex is definitely on the up and up. Seems like they are really trying to give everyone a better quality of life than they had when managed by the previous owners.

There are nicer places in Brandon, sure, but this place really is great, it's affordable, and they don't just tell you how great of a company they are, they show you with their actions.

terible apartments, bug infested beyond controll, trash everywhere, people getting robbed and even killed (i have had 3 friends here who lived in apartments next to me get broke into within the year i have lived here). on top of that the people here are terrible and don't understand respecting others privacy seeing i have obtained a stalker while living here shortly after they got rid of sicurity, he has been staring in my sliding glass door now 4 times on our back poorch right in front of the door at 4 AM and 2 AM in the freaking morning and even opened our door and started to walk in and one time tryed to open my window. i am getting out of here. they want 200 dollars more a month for the same crappy appartments now! and it's loud and noisy at night hearing people shooting firworks off and slamming doors and getting high in the middle of the night. don't move here, it's scared me for life. don't let all this happen to you, even though a new company took over they ar'nt doing anything but making the outside look nicer absolouty nothing. it's a terrible place. on top of that maitnence and the office is rude, and nothing ever gets done about anything, and the maintnence almost caught our apartment on fire because they did not fix the wiring right as a result our toaster oven fried now it wont work anymore, very disapointed in this place the only thing good i can even remotly say is they are fixing the outside up.
