Do not move in here. I have lived here for 9 months now and am waiting for the day that my lease is up. Let's start from the beginning. Firstly, they failed to inform us of how long our lease was until after we signed it. We went in thinking it was only 12 months come to find out it's 15. Secondly, they make you pay $35 a month for a trash fee and their trash man rarely takes our trash and they refuse to compensate me my money. I have had my plants ripped out of pots, neighbors harassing us at all hours of the night, and online where it claims there is a 24 hour gym? Yeah my gym key does not work on only SOME occasions. When you think you can take an issue to management to get it fixed, the smile in your face and say they can't do anything. This place is falling apart. Almost everyone I personally know here has plumbing issues and our trim is falling off the walls. We have been receiving letters from management saying we will be fined if we don't take our garbage can off of OUR PRIVATE PORCH. They add up fees that they don't even tell me about and then drop off the letter saying if I don't pay this and that will happen. This place is not where you want to live so do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.

dojawah, that is not true. You must be a malcontent that did not get your way and are trying to trash Camden. Get a life and cut the crap.
