Came here to get my nails done on a Thursday they were kind of busy the guy did my nails and he rushed and did they they were not the length that I wanted and also they were fat and ugly and uneven. I go back the next day to get them taken off and to get a refund and they said that they do not do refunds I asked where is that posted and she said we don't do refunds we can fix them for you I told her no that's not what I want I had these less than 24 hours I want my money back. She told me no and disregarded me. The authorities have been called and I will see them in court over $30 damn dollars

Don't let the man do your toes!! He will rush and does the worst job that I have ever seen!

I love Joy's Nails! The salon is very nice and clean, and the staff is amazing! I can't get enough of this salon. It is by far the best salon in Brandon! I will only go here for my nails, pedicure, and eyebrows. Joy and Tony are such great people, and I can't wait to tell more people about their salon! If you're not going to Joy's in Brandon you're missing out. They also had a salon in Plant city a few years back (they've now sold that one, and relocated to Brandon). Best in town, hands down!!!

Top pick of Brandon by far this salon is the best in Brandon , joys nails is excellent services at reasonable price at the upscale trendy atmosphere with exception friendly . Professional services once you come in this salon you just feel special & fabulous very clean & sanitized with proper up to code regulation performed at all time ! Jenkins rose Brandon fl :-) !!!

I love come to joys nails location at Brandon blvd . Salon is so clean & relax they do raguler pedicure with warm tower & hot stone massage for $20 , this is the only place I go to get my nail done, & I'm always confident that I'll have relaxing , enjoyable experience , in addition my nails & toe allway looking good!!!

Very nice layout, friendly customers services , professional staff I love this place. My French sellac last for me in 3 weeks without chipping & I paid $30 Is it so reasonable price , I definitely be back& highhighly recommended good nails salon in brandon.:-)

Joy was wonderful the pedicure was very detailed oriented & was much longer than I expected . She was lovely to talk to also a pedicures of that quality would have cost to $50 in somewhere else but was costs me $20 , will definitely return if I'm in the area .Lana Dover fl.:-)
