The name "Ichiban" is taken from the Japanese word Ich-Bizi meaning first or number one. Well I can tell you that this buffet is far from being number one. I actually attended the restaurant on two separate occassions in the event the first visit was a fluke of a disaster with an opertunity for the restaurant to redeem itself before reaching a conclusion. I appreciate that someone has invested at great lengths into the community in which I and my family live but feel I should share my experiences with anyone wishing to read this. On both visits the food was nasty it seemed a majority of the food was not fresh or hot but reheated with some being reheated many times. I tried many items that looked good but tasted rubbery, tough or seemed to have been stored in a mildewed refrigerator. I wont waste anymore of my time or money at this place. Although the place is new with new furnishings and decor, the place is already looking dingy and not actually clean. I find it sad that such a new place is already heading downhill. I hope if you decide to experience this location yourself your experience wont be as disappointing as mine.
