On 1/27/18 i was visiting this mall and I was told this was the best jeweler in the mall. Wish I would have passed right on by....The guy told me an hour as i watched him. I had a concern that he had replaced my stone. We exchanged words. He started talking in his native language. I went to Jay and I was correct a stone was changed with a fake one.
Now that replaced stone has fail out and causing a domino effect on all the others stones. Now I have to find a Jeweler, that can send my ring back to the manufacturer who made the ring!!! NEVER AGAIN and he told me to bring it back for any other repairs
