Sam, the owner at Brandon Septic is top notch...Very knowledgeable, honest man who is very willing to come out and help when other companies expect you to wait days w/a backed up septic! He's now come through twice for us when out septic backed up & fit us in the same day! Once the rain overfilled out septic & the other time we had a clog. It's not often you find a great quality, honest businessman like Sam.

I called Sam at Brandon Septic as the Reviews I read about his company were great! Although he wasn't able to come out here today, he did give me a number to another guy 'Scoop" at Ted's Septic Tanks Inc. Happily to say that he answered promptly, and was very nice! He was able to come out within 2 hours and clean out our septic! Thanks Sam! no wonder why you have great reviews!!! A+ in my book! Thanks a million Sam and Scoop!

I was extremely impressed with the company's professionalism and honest work. The damage was fairly minor in the wiring and the price to fix it was very reasonable. More importantly, the damage wasn't immediately visable to the eye so we could have been told it was a bad pump, and wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, we were shown the faulty wire and explained what needed to be done.
