All in all the service was great if I can make a recommendation I would say ask to speak to Renee at concession or will at concession they are the best at their jobs

The last review was done in 2009 and this theater has been updated and cleaned up since 2014. The seats are state of art with rockers all around and recliners in the front made from leather-like materials. The comfort level is very high for all that come. They instituted reserved seats for all which usually works out well for those of us who purchase our seats in advance from Fandango on line. If you are a Stubs member, you will have a stubs number to use when purchasing the seats and you will not be charged a fee for buying your reserved tickets in advance. A confirmation number can be carried to the theater on your smart phone or tablet or you can print a hard copy on the printer. If all else fails you can give them the last 4 numbers of your credit card. Talk about moving into the 21st century. The concession are clean and up to date with many more things available than years ago. The drinks are bought by the size you want and you fill it yourself as well as refill it if you wish. This theater has a bar available during specific times. It still shows other types of movies for the summer children at reduced prices. However, all things good can also be costly. Prices have incresed over the years but the stub card gives points that are accumulated for funds to be used to purchase a ticket or concessions. All in all it is a win-win situation as long as they remember to put soap in the bathrooms.

Been coming to this AMC for most of my life, even when I lived outside of Brandon I would drive to AMC 20. Lots of screens, decently clean, close to other shops and the Regency Shop area.

Last year I could log onto Regency 20 in Brandon Fl. It gave raitings and best of all gave the time the movies started. This no longer works. It tells me everything about the movies except the times they start. I checked the news paper and the times were said 10:05 and when I got to the theater the movie started at 10;55. Get a grip people and get someone who can make a good web-site so we can at least check the movie times. Right now your rating is very poor.

My husband and I have been to this movie theatre several times. The quality of the movies shown, service and refreshments seem to be pretty good.



There doesn't seem to be enough parking for the surrounding businesses. When you go to leave, it's very hard to get out onto the main road again, with the traffic congestion. Perhaps an additional traffic light at the exit is a possibility.
