I don't even think they deserve 1 star. Honestly the WORST business ever! I bought a Groupon deal for laser hair removal and was very disappointed with their customer service. Scheduling was a nightmare, and there have been multiple issues in the past few months. There have been times that I showed up for an appointment, and the lady to do the laser hair removal wasn't even there so I had to reschedule! I left multiple messages asking to speak to a manager about my concerns, and a manager NEVER called me back. They no longer do hair removal- because "people burned" (which I never once was burned) and then other employees said because "their machines broke." So who knows why they stopped- most likely because they sold too many Groupons and couldn't accommodate so many people. I had 9/12 sessions remaining, and they only gave me 50% of my money back for the inconvenience.

What a nightmare!!! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR GROUPONS.

I bought a groupon in April 2012, I immediately scheduled my first Laser hair removal appointment which is only a consultation. They called me a day prior to the appointment to inform me that a few individuals who received laser hair removal treatments had burned significantly and they were not going to be conducting any treatments during the summer time period, as they believed the individuals were in the sun before and/or after the treatments which you are told not to do. I was told to call back in September to schedule a new appointment and they would comp me 1 free small area on top of my $750 groupon purchase. Who wouldn't wait a few months to get an additional $100 dollar service free right?! So I scheduled my new appointment in September, only this time when I called to confirm the time of my appointment the week of they informed me their machines were down, they were waiting on new machines and that they would call me if I needed to reschedule. Again the day prior I received a phone call to reschedule my appointment claiming individuals were burned by the new machines. I asked to speak with someone in charge about the matter, I was connected to a voice mail, I left several message and never once received a call back. When I wasn't allowed to schedule another appointment, speak with someone in a management role or offered a refund by December I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive my refund. I called again in February asking where my refund was, I was told no account notes about a refund existed and they would have some one call me back... I called every 30 days only to be told 4-6 weeks and never receive my refund. I called Groupon today when I noticed the groupon status had been changed to redeemed..... they looked into the matter and refunded my money immediately. This is not a business I would recommend to anyone, you get a better return gambling in a casino.

THEY DON'T DESERVE THE 1 STAR. I paid $3,900 for liposuction of the midsection to ADORA CLINIC. before the surgery I spoke with the scheduler (Carol) and asked more then a few questions one of which was if there were areas that were missed and need to be touched up I would be able to get a touch up after the area was healed. DR. ROBERT MILES performed my surgery and on completion my right side came out fine but the left was totally uneven. After several follow up visits over 6-12 months, showing my concerns & frustrations about this unevn mess he made. He finally told it was in my head and it could barely be seen. During our last conversation he continued to shrug his shoulders while telling me their was nothing he was willing to do. DR. ROBERT MILES told me that the ADORA CLINIC has a ultrasound treatment that melts fat ($200-$400) he would recommend. A week later Carol with scheduling called me and wanted to know if I was willing to do the treatments, I told her how dismissive DR. ROBERT MILES was towards me while I was upset about the mess he made and would not even consider correcting his work. I have looked into Ultrasound treatments, but I would not pay ADORA CLINIC to do anything else. They are unprofessional liars and cannot be trusted.
