Jason and his trainer Matt did a great job and stayed in contact via phone during the process (45 mins). He found 4 major issues infecting my computer and fixed them on site while online. Great job guys and the price was right!! Use this company if you get infected!! I will pass the word about PC eSupport to others.

What agreat service. I had a virus, they cleaned up my computer and now it runs great. It's as fast as when I purchased it. Great value for the service. Matt, my tech, was great. No hard sell and very friendly.Would recomend this service to everyone.

Apparently my laptop was infected with a virus. It was taking a minute and 10 seconds just to load my home page. I found PC eSupport in the YP, gave them my contact info on their home page and within ten minutes was contacted on the phone by one of their techs. With a few easy steps he was able to access my laptop remotely and run his diagnostics. Within an hour i was up and running and loading my homepage within 2 seconds. I highly recommend them, very professional.

Outstanding! My computer was seriously injured by a new virus. Matt with this company was fantastic. So much better than having to bring my computer to a local shop and them keeping it for a week or so. Everything was restored in a couple of hours. I highly recommend this company for your problems caused by a virus.

I filled out a form on their website (http://www.pcesupport.com) and shortly after a tech called and connected to my computer to remove my virus, and they even went over the whole computer to make it go faster. This new type of service is much easier then having to bring my computer to the local shop!

They were very fast in getting back to me to remove the virus from my computer. For the same price, they even offered to clean up extra items in order to make it faster. Once we finished the remote sesstion my computer was working better than it was before the virus! I would definitely use them again since they were extra friendly and cost. effective.
