Buyer Beware: No returns only exchanges! A nice sales representative from Forever Flawless lured me into the shop. She demonstrated the product on my face and hands. The products actually did feel good on my hand and face and it's appearance was noticeably different than the untreated areas. After reading the negative reviews on the Internet I called to return the merchandise. Their receipt says no returns only exchanges, no signs in the store of no returns and no mention of no returns by the sales person. I brought the products back to the Forever Flawless Braintree Ma Store. They reluctantly accepted the product return and returned my full purchase price.
