Easy Pie has come a long way. There is nothing on this menu that I would not recommend. There is something for everyone. I have been a regular since they opened and have never had a complaint. Everyone on staff is always happy and friendly which goes a long way in this business. The unfortunate part is they are out pricing themselves. For $20 for 2 large subs they are now a treat instead of being to order a few times a month .

First time at Easy Pie, order the Boston Common, dissappointed they ran out of goat cheese (substituted feta my choice) but the salad was amazingly good and fresh! Salads are very good size and the salad dressing I had with it was a nice. I did add the grilled chicken to it and it was yummy!Can't wait to go back!;

First off let me start off by saying that Easy Pie literally has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 37 years of existence on this planet. If I could give it zero stars I would have. The food (when actually prepared properly) is pretty good but when management cannot take constructive criticism and tries to turn the problem upside down and blame the customer? Unacceptable. Time and time again the phrase "we were busy" has been used as an excuse for poor service. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but if your using busy as an excuse in the restaurant business you should probably find a new line of work. Cleanliness is also a problem as the tables are never clean and don't even get me started on the bathroom. Disgusting! with a capital D! We repeatedly brought problems to managements attention and nothing has ever been done about it and as a matter of fact, management actually confronted us about what we had written on Facebook. You cannot grow as a business if you do not and can not take criticism. I firmly believe they are happy with the money coming through the door and really do not care about the customer as an individual as evidenced by their lack of customer service ethics. Whatever you do, stay away from this place on Friday or Saturday nights as you will experience the same frustration(s) we have dealt with almost every visit. If you do eat there stay simple with your food choices as they are pretty good but please try to not confuse the teenage staff as they cannot comprehend anything that does not involve the words Facebook or Twitter. Also the chairs there are horrendous so order to go! As a whole the place HAS potential but it will never be realized as the owners do not take any responsability for any problems that they have. So when reading this and wondering why there are almost a 50/50 split of positive and negative reviews just remember that that is exactly what this place is: a 50/50 crapshoot in which you never know what your getting week to week. Stay away!!
