I usually do not write reviews, but I need today, because I purchase my eyeglasses about 8 months ago in Braintree location and my child broke them by accident, I was ready to purchase a new pair but when I came in the manager just remind me about their "incredible" warranty and replace my frame at NO CHARGE!!! I can not believe, thanks for saving my family budget and staying behind your product.
I do not think that Lenscrafters will do something like this.
Great professional service, will shop again!!!
