This used to be a nice place before the Sheraton Hotel closed. It has been falling apart ever since. The pool is filthy, you cannot even see the bottom of it. The outdoor pool hasn't been opened all summer due to construction. Then when they finally opened the outdoor pool they closed the indoor pool. The paint is peeling on the ceiling. The locker rooms are in desperate need of repairs. With a few exceptions the staff is rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Atlantis Sports Club is a hidden gem in Braintree. The small, but has a nice variety of equipment. The equipment is in good condition, and you will get a nice workout. It is ideal for professionals, who want a good workout, stress free. The staff is great and always helpful. When hotel is redone, Atlantis will become a five star gym.
