Provided by YP.comI am a long term patient with American Orthotics and Prosthetics. Due to my work traveling schedule, I have been seen in thier multple clinics. All have been spacious and the staff have not only professional but very friendly and helpful. I was appalled at the negative review that had been written in regards to the company that not only has made me feel like family when I walk in the door ( not just another number) but have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have recieved the utmost professional and personal care.

I am surprised and disappointed to see the review by kelbo23. We send Patient Satisfaction Surveys to everyone who receives services from us to insure that we are delivering prompt, professional, high quality service so it is especialy disappointing to see a negative review in a forum such as this. I believe our staff are thoroughly trained to be professional at all times and our Braintree office is actually quite spacious( 4,000 square feet) so I'm not sure the review is directed at the right company or office. Nonetheless if any patient receives unprofessional treatment, I would like to hear from them directly and would immediately implement steps to correct it.
