Purchased windows through Simonson lumber Brainerd location. Employee measured for windows. Only one window out of eight was measured correctly. We needed to add 2 x 4s under most of the new windows. Two of the windows were too wide, so we needed to use a sawsall to cut out part of the frame. Talked to CEO, and got no satisfaction. As far as I know the same guy is still measuring for new windows. No apology was made, and they didn't even offer to pay for the extra lumber used for the installs.
